Assistant Manager
Here at Pilgrims coffee on the beautiful Holy Island, we are looking for a part time team member to support the cafe in creating an excellent environment for all who visit us.
Customer and staff happiness is central to everything here, so a friendly, positive outlook and attitude is very important.
Tasks will include leading our experienced team in serving customers, replenishment of food and all stock, clearing tables, cleaning, washroom duties and general support in other areas as and when required. Ensuring the cafe standards are maintained all times and the team are motivated and fully trained to succeed.
This role is thelynch pin to making every element of the cafe function effortlessly. It's your job to make sure every team member is supported in their roles at the correct moment and to prioritise what is
most important, therefore experience is essential! This is a seasonal business and demand fluctuates between summer and winter. -
Qualifications
● Experience in food handling
● Demonstrates ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
● Strong organisational and time management skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to provide wonderful customer service
● Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
● Adhering to food safety regulations and quality control
● Management experience in a quality establishment
